Under the obligations arising from the legislation, the decisions of the Capital Market Commission and the Regulation of ATHEX, the company “LOULIS MILLS SA” announces that - by virtue of the August 2, 2016 meeting of the Board of Directors - Ms. Beatrice Koutsoukou, assumes the position of Internal Auditor in replacement of Mr. Gerasimos Nakas, who leaves this post due to retirement.
