In accordance with the provisions of the Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that on 24.01.2017, Mrs. Vassiliki Gioutsou wife of Mr. Ioannis Economou, legal advisor and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of JUMBO S.A., bought 3.705 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 51.196,05 and on 25.01.2017 Mrs. Vassiliki Gioutsou bought 8.795 common nominal shares of Jumbo SA, of total value EUR 122.054,88.
