Management Committee

Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (hereafter “Bank”) announces that the Management Committee of the Bank is abolished, effective as of September 1^st, 2015. The responsibilities of the Executive Committee have already been assigned to other committees of the Bank according to previous decisions, which have been disclosed to the investment community as provided in legislation.
