Sarantis Group will release the 9Μ 2015 consolidated financial results, according to the following schedule:

- Tuesday November 3^rd 2015 after ASE closing – Results Release, which will be available in the Athens Stock Exchange web page (www.helex.gr) and the Gr. Sarantis S.A. web page (www.sarantis.gr). The Press Release will be sent out to the Media and the Analyst Release to the broader Greek and foreign investment community.

- Wednesday November 4^th 2015 at 17:00 – Update of the company's shareholders and analysts via telephone conference.
