The Company “THRACE PLASTICS Co. S.A.” (“Company”) informs Shareholders that the five-year period for receiving the dividend of financial year 2009 (1.1.2009-31.12.2009), which amounts to Euro 0.03 per share, elapses on December 31^st 2015. Beneficiary of the above dividend are shareholders that owned the Company's shares on May 18^th 2010.

The above beneficiary Shareholders, who for any reason have not collected the dividend, are requested to proceed with the necessary actions to receive such before the aforementioned deadline (31.12.2015).

Following the above date, claims for the dividends of financial year 2009 that have not been collected by beneficiaries, will be cancelled in favor of the Greek State, in accordance with existing law.
