COMPOSITION OF AUDIT COMMITTEE

EYDAP S.A.  announces that following the BoD Decision no 18712/11-11-15, the BoD Member Mr. Nikolaos Sarantis is appointed as a Member in the Audit Committee, in replacement of the resigned Member of the Audit Committee Mr. Eleftherios Magiakis.

Following the same Decision, the BoD approved the composition of the Audit Committee of EYDAP SA  by Messrs. Michael Stavroulakis as Chairman, Nikolaos Sarantis as Member and Ioannis Kardaras as Member, acting Secretary of the Committee.
The new composition of the Audit Committee shall be ratified at the next Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders.
