Athens, November 23, 2015 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or Company), in accordance with Law 3556/2007 [article 3, par. 1 (f), (bb), and article 21], Law 3340/2005 and the relevant Decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that Ms. Eleni Papadopoulou, OTE Group Chief Human Resources Officer according to her transaction notification dated 20/11/2015, sold , on 19/11/2015, 10,500 shares of OTE SA for a total value of €96,330.75.
