Resignation of CEO of PPC RENEWABLES

ANNOUNCEMENT

Public Power Corporation SA announces that Mr. Mihalis Verriopoulos resigned from his position as CEO of PPC Renewables SA in order to be appointed to the position of Secretary General of Energy and Mineral Raw Materials in the Ministry of Environment and Energy. As regards his substitution the procedures provided for in the Company's Articles of Incorporation will be followed.
