New Bod composition at PPC Renewables

Announcement

PPCS.A.announces the election of a new member of BoD to replace the resigned Mr Michael Verriopoulos and the new formation of the BoD into a body of its 100% subsidiary PPC Renewables S.A. .

The composition is the following:

- Panagiotakis Emmanuel, Chairman of the Board, (Mechanical - Electrical Engineer)

- Kamileri Anna, Vice President, (Economist),

- Vrotsis Fotios, Chief Executive Officer, (Mechanical Engineer)

- Kovlaka Stella, Member, (Economist – former Bank executive)

- Vougioukalakis Georgios, Member, (Geologist)

-  Blikas Theodoros, Member, (Electrical Engineer)

- Bouzas Sotirios, Member, (Electrical Engineer)

The term of office of the Board of Directors ends on 28.05.2018.
