THE GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP INC, with a follow-up notification to the original notification of 15.12.2015, informed the Company in writing on 17.12.2015 that, because of a triggering transaction on 10.12.2015 it indirectly holds 6.33% of the common registered, with a voting right, shares of the Company, from less than 5.00% before the transaction.

In particular:

• Goldman Sachs International directly holds 3,405,526 shares with a voting right (5.21%), and
• Goldman Sachs Asset Management International directly holds 735,569 shares with a voting right (1.13%)
