TAX CERTIFICATE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2014

Space Hellas S.A, according to art. 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Exchange regulation and to Law 4174/2013 article 65Α, informs investors that, following the completion of the tax audit for fiscal year 2014 by its certified auditors, the company and the subsidiary of the Group METROLOGY HELLAS S.A they have received a clean tax certificate without qualifications.
