MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Evangelos Chrisafis, person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, bought, on December 15th, 2015, 5,650 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 19,736.00. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
