SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 14/12/15 and on 16/12/15 to the sale of 700 common shares in total at the average price of 7.43 euros of total value 5,203 euros.
