Signing of two loan agreements between IPTO and EIB

PPCS.A.announces that its 100% subsidiary, Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) signed today, November 3, 2015, two loan agreements with the European Investment Bank (EIB) as follows:

1.            The second loan agreement amounting to €70 million concerning a group of projects under the general title “IPTO Transmission I” in the context of a total credit line of €140 million approved by EIB. The first loan agreement amounting to €70 million was signed in September 2014.

2.            The second loan agreement amounting to €65 million concerning the project “Interconnection of Cyclades with the mainland system – Phase A'” in the context of a total credit line of € 130 million approved by EIB. The first loan agreement amounting to € 65 million was signed in September 2014.
