Athens, November 18, 2015 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or Company), in accordance with Law 3556/2007 [article 3, par. 1 (f), (bb), and article 21], Law 3340/2005 and the relevant Decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that Ms. Maria Rontogianni, Executive Director Internal Audit OTE Group according to transaction notification dated 17/11/2015, sold , on 17/11/2015, 3,000 shares of OTE SA for a total value of €27,300.
