2015 NINE MONTHS KEY FIGURES &  RESULTS

EYDAP S.A. reported an increase of 4.3% in the earnings after taxes, amounting to euro 42.3 million from euro 40.6 million in the corresponding period of 2014. The change in the tax rate from 26% to 29%, affected significantly the deferred tax asset by euro 10 million, improving profits after taxes.

Turnover of the Company in the nine month period of 2015 amounted to euro 245 million from euro 246.4 million in the corresponding period of 2014, presenting a slight decrease by 0.6%.

Company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to euro 71.8 million compared to euro 73.6 million in the first nine months of 2014, decreased by 2.5%. The operating cost before depreciations was reduced further to euro 171.9 million compared to euro 172.5 million in 2014.

Also, the earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) decreased to euro 41.5 million from euro 46.6 million in the nine month period of 2014, while the earnings before taxes of the Company amounted to euro 49.9 million compared to euro 58 million in the first nine months of 2014, decreased by 14.1% mainly because of the effect of the financial result by euro 3 million and the aforementioned decrease of EBIT.
