CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ATHEX INDICES

Following Athens Exchange recent announcement (24/11/2015) regarding the implementation process for the necessary adjustments to all ATHEX Market Indices, in view of the forthcoming recapitalization of Greek Banks, the following changes will take place in the composition of ATHEX Market Indices.

• PIRAEUS BANK S.A.

The Investability weight of the company's shares to all indices is changing to 0.2306

All changes will be effective as of the start of the session the day the new shares of the company will start trading on ATHEX.
