AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L. 3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007

1. Evertrans S.A, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Theodore Vassilakis (Chairman of the BoD) purchased 100,000 common registered shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 702,000 on 11/12/2015.
2. Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis (Vice Chairman of the BoD) sold 100,000 common registered shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 702,000 on 11/12/2015.
