Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)

THE GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP INC informed the Company in writing on 15.12.2015 that, because of a triggering transaction on 10.12.2015 it indirectly holds 6.33% of the common registered, with a voting right, shares of the Company, from less than 5.00% before the transaction.

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held is as follows:

  • The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.,
  • Goldman Sachs (UK) LLC,
  • Goldman Sachs Group UK Limited,
  • Goldman Sachs International, and
  • Goldman Sachs Asset Management International
