Analysts Conference Call on 2017 financial results: Friday, 16 March 2018 (16:00 Athens time, 14:00 UK time)

Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Wednesday, 16 May 2018

Ex-dividend date: Tuesday, 22 May 2018

Dividend beneficiaries – Record date: Wednesday, 23 May 2018

(The shares will trade ex-dividend after May 18th, 2018 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP in which the company shares participate)

Dividend payment: Tuesday, 29 May 2018
