Announcement of adjustable information based on Law 3556/2007

Transaction disclosure

 ELLAKTOR S.A. discloses the following:

 1.The foreign company, ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LTD, (liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, a person closely connected with the President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR SA, Anastasios Kallitsantsis), under the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that on 1/6/2017, it acquired 2,400,000 common registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA, with a total net value of Euro 3,312,000.00.

  2. The foreign company, ADAMAS GROUP LTD, (liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, a person closely connected with the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR SA, Dimitrios Koutras), under the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that on 1/6/2017, it acquired 5,230,000 common registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA, with a total net value of Euro 7,217,400.00.

  3.The foreign company, KOBASORE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, (liable person pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, a person closely connected with the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR SA, Dimitrios Kallitsantsis), under the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that on 1/6/2017, it acquired 700,000 common registered shares issued by ELLAKTOR SA, with a total net value of Euro 966,000.00.

The above transactions were made in the context of a book building procedure from Alpha Bank. The aforementioned shares, issued by ELLAKTOR SA, had been owned by Alpha Bank after having exercised its right under a pledge agreement securing a loan granted to a customer.
