The Management of the Societe Anonyme under the name “THRACE PLASTICS HOLDING AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME” (or the “Company” hereinafter), informs the investor community about the following:

The Listings and Market Operations Committee of the Athens Exchange based on its respective decision that was recorded during the meeting of 22^nd March 2018, approved:

a)      The appointment of the Member of Athens Exchange “ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES SOCIETE ANONYME” as the Market Maker of the Company's shares in an effort to boost their liquidity and marketability, and

b)      The appointment of the Member of Athens Exchange “EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A.” as the Market Maker of the Company's shares in an effort to also boost their liquidity and marketability.

At the same time, the Athens Exchange set Monday, 26 March 2018, as the date for the beginning of the market making activity with regard to both market makers.

The Company has signed, according to the provisions of articles 1.3 and 24 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, with both the above mentioned Market Makers contracts concerning the market making activity under the following major terms:

1. Each Market Maker will transmit into the Transactions System of the Athens Exchange market making related orders (meaning simultaneous buy and sell orders) for own account and on the Company's shares, according to the specific provisions of the Greek legislation.

2. Each contract concerning the market making activity will have duration of one (1) year from the starting date of the market making activity on the Company's shares
