Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 4, par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 and in execution of the relevant decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on February 2, 2017, it purchased 398 own shares, on November 10, 2017 through the Athens Exchange Member Eurobank Equities S.A. with an average acquisition price of € 2.39 share.
