NEUROSOFT S.A. – Acquisition by OPAP of additional 38.19% in Neurosoft SA

Following the Regulated Information Announcement of Law 3556/2007 dated 09/06/2017, OPAP S.A. announces the completion of the acquisition of 38.19% of Neurosoft S.A. by OPAP Investment Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of OPAP S.A. at the agreed price of euro 34.2mil., that was paid on August 2^nd 2017, following clearance granted by the competent competition authorities of Cyprus (Commission for the Protection of Competition). OPAP's total participation (through its subsidiaries) in Neurosoft is now 67.72%.
