The Management of the Societe Anonyme “THRACE PLASTICS INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME” with the distinctive title “THRACE PLASTICS CO. S.A.”, in application of the clauses of article 17 of the Regulation no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the European Council, as well as of the article 4.1.3.1 of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange, notifies the investment community that following the relevant authorizations, it proceeded on 6^th  March 2017 with the acquisition from GR. SARANTIS CYPRUS LTD” of thirteen thousands six hundred and twenty five (13,625) common registered shares of the Societe Anonyme under the name “THRACE SARANTIS INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME” with the distinctive title “THRACE SARANTIS S.A.”. The shares correspond to a percentage of 50% of the paid in share capital of “THRACE SARANTIS S.A.” and were purchased for a total consideration of one million (1,000,000) Euros.

Following the above acquisition of shares, the Company is now the sole shareholder of “THRACE SARANTIS S.A.” given the fact that it already held the other 50% stake of the latter's share capital. Going forward the new company will be consolidated into Thrace Group via the full consolidation method.
