(the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3 par. 1 p(bb) and article 21) and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Chryssikos George, non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, according to its notification towards the Company dated 7.11.2017, bought on November 3rd 2017, 159,000 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 1,440,540.00.
