LAMDA Development S.A., in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1., par.2 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2017 as follows:

• Release of fiscal year 2016 results and teleconference: Friday, 31^st March 2017
• Release of first quarter 2017 results and teleconference: Tuesday, 30^th May 2017
• Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders: Thursday, 15^th June 2017
• Release of first semester 2017 results and teleconference: Wednesday, 6^th September 2017
• Release of nine months 2017 results and teleconference: Wednesday, 29th November 2017

The annual briefing of analysts, regarding the 2016 financial results, will be conducted by the Company, on Tuesday 16^th May 2017.  

The Company's Board of Directors intends to propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2016 at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

Τhe results will be released after the end of the Athens Exchange trading session to the Company's web site (www.lamdadev.com), as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.helex.gr).
