CHANGE IN 2017 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

HALCOR S.A., pursuant to its disclosure obligations to the investment community and in accordance to Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1(Β) and Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announces that the Announcement and publication of H1 2017 Financial Results will be on Thursday 14^th of September, 2017 (after the end of trade session).
