ELLAKTOR S.A. discloses the following: 

1. Angelos Giokaris, Member (Executive) of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR S.A. (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that he transferred 155,000 common registered shares, with voting right, of the Company on 20.02.2017 (Parental donation, with a total value 173,600.00 of Euro), transaction that were disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
2. Christos Ang. Giokaris (obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, closely related to the BoD of ΕLLAKTOR SA Member, Mr. Angelos Giokaris), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as in force, 2005), in combination with the provision of article 19 of the Regulation (ΕΕ) No. 596/2014, announces that he acquired 155,000 common registered shares, with voting right, of the Company on 20.02.2017, (Parental donation, with a total value 173,600.00 of Euro) transaction that were disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
