ELLAKTOR SA informs the Investment Community that, its subsidiary AKTOR SA, has signed a contract with the company ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A., for the  Redevelopment of its Complex of Hotels.

The value of the contract is Euro 68,400,000.

The project duration is 13 months and is expected to be completed on 24 of April 2018.
