EYATH SA informs the investing public that the Board of Directors, under No. 170/2018 decision, decided to participate in the share capital increase of the 100% subsidiary EYATH SERVICES SA amounting to 2,400,000 euro with cash payment, in order to cover a fine imposed by EFKA's Regional Branch of Thessaloniki, for which the company has already informed the investing public with a prior announcement on April 13, 2018.

Following the above increase, the share capital of the subsidiary will amount to 2,460,000 euro divided into 4,920,000 nominal shares, of nominal value 0.50 euro.
