TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the Investors that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 6, 2018 decided to appoint Mr. Aggelos Grigoroudis Economist – Auditor as Internal Auditor, replacing Mrs Theodora Fetsi.

Mr Aggelos Grigoroudis obtains a BSc in Economics (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and an MSc in Audit Management and Consultancy (University of Central England, Birmingham UK). He is also Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Internal Controls Auditor. Mr Grigoroudis also has significant experience in the field of internal audit having been a senior executive in the private sector companies.
