Announcement of regulated information under article 9 par. 5 of Law 3556/2007

MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS SA (hereinafter the “Company”), pursuant to the provisions of the articles 9, par. 5 and 21 of the Law.3556/2007 and in combination with the Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the share capital of the Company amounts to a total of EUR 138.604.426,17 and is divided into 142.891.161 ordinary registered voting shares of par value EUR 0.97 each.
Each Company share entitles to one vote.
