NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA announces that, according to the Decisions 1.640-1.641/18-05-2017 of the Head of the Division of Research of the Hellenic Capital Commission, the Company proceeded, on 30.05.2017, the disposal of 3.838 common registered shares arising from unallocated fractional balances which resulted from the Company's  increase in share capital due to the merger by absorption of "SEAFARM IONIAN SA" and on 31.05.2017 the disposal of 352 common registered shares. The aforementioned shares are a result of the unallocated fractional balances arising from the absorption of NIREUS S.A of the companies "SARANTIS AEBE" and "FEEDUS AEBE".

The net result of the disposal amounted to euro 917,68 and will be  deposited at the Deposits and Loans Fund (address Akadimias 40, 10174 Athens, tel. 2132116100).

It is requested that in order that the beneficiary shareholders collect the proceeds to which they are entitled from the Consignment Deposits and Loans Fund (namely the sales proceeds from the disposal of the fractional rights of a share), that they initially contact the Shareholders Relations Department (tel. +30 210 6698224 Ms Korina Melioti) in order that they receive a nominal collectionʼs certificate receipt, which shall be submitted to the Consignment Deposits and Loans Fund along with the supporting documents.
