According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A. announces to the investing community the financial calendar, as follows:

1.      The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 22^nd, 2018.

2.      The FY 2017 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange on Wednesday, 4^th April, 2018, and will be published on the company's website on the same day.

3.      The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2017 results will take place on Monday, 30^th April, 2018, via a teleconference.

4.      The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2017.
