In accordance with article 24§2(a) & (b)of law 3461/2006, we hereby notify that the company «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» acquired on 5.4.2018 in total 140.973 common registered shares of the company “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 11.4.2018. As a result of the above acquisition, «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» holds today of the voting rights in “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” to 96,24% from 95,01% of voting rights held on 29.3.2018.
