Technical Olympic SA, acting for itself and for Mohlos SA, which it has absorbed by merger, confirms that it has been served today, Thursday August 3^nd 2017, with the final Decision no. 642/2017 of the Hellenic Competition Commission, which ends the investigation into past tenders for public works of infrastructure, finds an infringement of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and of Article 1 of Law 3959/2011 and imposes fines on several companies active in the construction sector.

Technical Olympic SA has fully co-operated with the Hellenic Competition Commission throughout this investigation and this is reflected in the fact that it is the only company on which no fine was imposed. In particular, the above decision of the Hellenic Competition Commission grants Technical Olympic full and definite immunity from fines on the basis of its successful leniency/immunity application (immunity of type 1B) under the Hellenic Competition Commission's Leniency Programme.
