• "Financial Data and Information" for the year 2017, and the "Annual Financial Statements under IFRS" will be posted on Friday, April 27, 2018 on the company's website, and www.sidma.gr  the Athens Exchange, www.helex.gr .
  
  
• The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on May 23, 2018, Wednesday.

No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2017.
