Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that ALPHA BANK, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Efthimios Vidalis, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on August 3, 2017 10,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 242,592.30.
