The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (A'-66), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005, as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (A'-279), will participate in the open competition of the Public Power Corporation S.A. for the supply of "Two (2) types of new diesel-powered trucks with a payload of at least 900 kg: Type 1: "Single-deck open type 4x4, 28 units", and Type 2: "Double-deck open type 4x4, 77 units" and in particular for Type 2: "Double-deck open type 4X4, 77 units" of no. 615708/24.05.2017, with a deadline for submitting bids on 05.07.2017, as well as any postponement of the date of execution or repeat of the above competition.

It is reminded to the companies that are shareholders of the company that since they have not registered their shares according to the aforementioned PD, up to a natural person they can not exercise their voting and voting rights in the General Meeting. The company as well as all kinds of related property rights.
