MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 par. 1 (p) and 21) in combination with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse and following relevant notification, announces that Mrs. Andriana Gioti, wife of Mr. Evangelos Mytilineos, Chairman and CEO of the Company, bought on June 27^th, 2017, 277 common bonds of the company of a total value of Euro 277,000.00.
