The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2017) purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:

On May 9th, 2018 the Company purchased 30.000 shares, with an average price of EUR 9,11 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 273.254,02.
