Financial Calendar 2017

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces to the investing community the financial calendar, as follows:

1.    The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 23, 2017.

2.    The FY 2016 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange on Friday, April 28, 2017, and will be published on the company's website on the same day.

3.    The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2016 results will take place on Tuesday, May 2^nd  2017, via a teleconference.

4.    The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2016.
