The General Insurance Company S.A. under the name "European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A." announces to the investing public, in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, the Financial Calendar for 2018, according to which:

• The Annual Financial Statements and the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements of 2017, which have been prepared under IFRS, along with the annual summary of financial information on these annual financial statements, will be announced and published on Wednesday, April 25^th of 2018 on the Company's website (http: //ir.europaikipisti.gr/) and the Athens Stock Exchange.
• On Thursday, April 26^th of 2018, it will take place a conference with journalists / analysts/ shareholders. The location and time, will be announced to the investing public until Friday, March 30^th, 2018.
• The briefing of foreign analysts / journalists / shareholders will be made by teleconference on Wednesday April 25^th, 2018 at 17:30 Greek time.
• The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, May 22th of 2018, at the company's headquarters (Kifissias Ave. 274 Chalandri – Europlaza Hall, 14:00 Greek Time)
• Ex-dividend date for the year 2016 is on Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 (*)
• Beneficiaries of the dividend will be those who are registered as shareholders of the Company on Thursday May 31th of 2018 (Record Date) (*)
• The payment of the dividend will be started on Tuesday, June 5th of 2018 (*)

The H1 Financial Statements and the H1 Consolidated Financial Statements for 2018, which have been prepared under IFRS, along with the H1 condensed financial data on these financial statements will be announced on Wednesday, September 26th of 2018 on the Company's website (http: //ir.europaikipisti.gr/) and the Athens Exchange.

(*) If the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approves any subject regarding the payment of a dividend.
