Notification of change in participation percentage

MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS SA (the “Company”) announces that in accordance with the articles 14 and 21 of Law 3556/2007, decision No. 1/434/2007 and circular No. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and following the notifications that received from the shareholders Μr. Evangelos Mytilinaios and Μr. Ioannis Mytilinaios on July 13, 2017, due to the credit of the new shares that resulted from the merger by absorption of the company “METKA INDUSTRIAL - CONSTRUCTION SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”, that on July 12, 2017 a) Μr. Evangelos Mytilinaios fell below the threshold of 15% of total voting rights in the Company to 13.10% (18,718,330 voting rights – direct participation), while before the aforementioned change he was holding 16.01% (18,718,330 voting rights – direct participation) and b) Μr. Ioannis Mytilinaios fell below the threshold of 15% of total voting rights in the Company to 13.44% (19,201,219 voting rights – direct participation), while before the aforementioned change he was holding 16.42% (19,201,219 voting rights – direct participation).
