Modification of Financial Calendar 2017

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces to the investing community the modification of the Financial Calendar 2017 regarding:

1. The publishing date of the FY 2016 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements. The new date, that FY 2016 financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange, is Tuesday, May 2^nd, 2017 and will be published on the company's website on the same day.
2. The Analysts' briefing date, about the FY 2016 results, via a teleconference. The new date of the teleconference is Wednesday, May 3^rd 2017.
