The company MLS Innovation Inc. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and CEO  of the Board of Directors on  Friday  June 1 , 2018, bought 1.200 shares of a total value of 5.020,59€  and on  Tuesday June 5, 2018, bought 1.900 shares of a total value of 7.981,25€  

 The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
