EUROPEAN RELIANCE S.A. (The Company) announces, in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.4. Of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that by the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 16 May 2017 the dividend for the year 2016 amounts to 0.10 euro per share.
From the above gross amount, the dividend tax of 15% (€ 0.015 per share) is deducted under the Law 4387/2016 article 112 (as currently in force) and therefore the amount of the dividend to be received by the shareholders will amount to Net amount of € 0.085 per share.
Beneficiaries of the above dividend are those who are registered in the DSS on Thursday 25 May 2017 (Wednesday, May 24, 2017 is the cut off date before the opening of the Athens Stock Exchange). The payment of the dividend will take place on Tuesday 30 May 2017 by the paying bank, PIRAEUS BANK, as follows:

1. Through the operators of the beneficiaries in the DSS (Banks, Custodians and Brokerage Companies) in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.4. of the ATHEX Stock Exchange Rules and paragraph 39 of the Code of Operation of the DSS.

2. Through the Branch Network of PIRAEUS BANK from Tuesday 30 May 2017 for those shareholders who have requested an exemption from their DSS operator or have their shares in the Special Account of their Share.

3. For those shareholders who cannot be credited through their operators for various reasons, it will be possible to collect the dividend from Monday, June 5, 2017 through PIRAEUS BANK's Branch Network.

4. By depositing in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), where the investor has stated that he wishes to receive the distributed amounts according to article 13 of the DSS Operation Regulation and the Decision No. 6 of the Board of Directors Of the ATHEXCSD, as applicable, to investors who do not wish to receive the dividend through their Operators. It concerns only investors who have declared IBAN to the paying Bank "Piraeus Bank SA".

The collection of the dividend in the cases (2) and (3) above is possible until 31.12.2022 (ie until its expiry) and is effected by the notification of K.A.M.E. (Investor-DSS Investor-Service Code) and the display of the ID Card, either in person or through a legally authorized representative.
