The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A, with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on May 21^st, 2018, 30.000 common nominal shares at a total value of 222.000,00 Euro. This transaction was notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005.
