Decisions of the Iterative General Meeting

«HELLENIC FABRICS S.A.» announces that on Saturday 30.09.2017 at 09:00 hrs, the Iterative General Meeting of the Company's shareholders was held at the company's head offices at 42^nd km. N.R. Thessaloniki –Edessa.  As per a shareholders' request according to article 39  §3 L.2190/1920, the discussion on all the items of the agenda was deferred and the General Meeting will reconvene on Monday October 30^th  2017 at 10:00, at the same place.

For the postponed Iterative General Meeting, the status of the Shareholder must exist at the beginning of the fourth day before the date of the postponed Iterative General Meeting, at 26 October 2017.
